Refunds & Returns Policy –Pzaz Jewellery

 

At Pzaz Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not happy with an item, please read the following policy carefully.

 

Returns

You may return unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Jewellery must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Personalised items are non-refundable.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.

 

How to Return an Item

Email us at pzaz.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number.

We will reply with return instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Time Limits

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns received after this period.
