Returns :You may return unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Jewellery must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Personalised items are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
