Zaz welcomes prospective customers to visit her workshop in Ashampstead and offers the first consultation free of charge.  You can come and browse her ready made pieces and try on any of the available items.  If you want to co-ordinate your jewellery to a particular colour, Zaz can help you choose the exact shade of pearls or crystals.  Your wrist and neck can also be measured and pieces can then be made especially for you to ensure a perfect fit. 

There is a collection of items on display at White Rose Bridal Rooms, Midgham, West Berkshire and you can arrange for a meeting with Zaz in the shop to discuss your requirements for anything to be made bespoke for you.

How do I place an order?



You can order any the items listed, direct from the online shop. Or if you are interested to have bespoke jewellery or gifts made for you, please contact Zaz using the above form.

Payment and Shipping



All the items advertised in the online shop will be ready to dispatch in 3-5 days and payment is accepted through Paypal.

All bespoke orders - time scale is dependent on items required, but  normally 3-5 weeks is sufficient lead time for your items to be made.


Payment of 50% is required for bespoke orders, with the remaining 50% paid on collection. Payment can be made by PayPal, cash, or bank transfer.

Returns & refunds


PZAZ Jewellery will provide a full refund in the eventuality that the item is faulty, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose.  Please notify us in writing within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right not to refund if you change your mind about a product or decide you do not like it, however we understand the importance of sourcing the correct jewellery for your wedding day and therefore aim to be as accommodating as possible to our clients.
Regrettably, due to current health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer a refund for pierced earrings.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Handmade Items
All jewellery is handmade, and due to the individuality of the product and materials used, there may be slight variances in appearance.  We believe that this adds to the uniqueness of the item, and is in no way a fault.
